Are We Seeing a Stigma Reversal?

There is something happening.  It is just beneath the surface.  We all see the polls of Trump leading Biden, particularly in the swing states, especially among working class voters, but those snapshots of limited sample sizes of Americans do not tell the whole story.  Surely, millions of Americans will continue to support the Biden Administration’s destruction of the country, but it is becoming clear that many previous Democrat voters will not.  The tried and true leftist strategies of race baiting and class warfare are simply not working like they used to, and many segments of the Dem base have finally had enough.

There is no shortage of reasons for the disenchantment.  Perhaps it was the lies surrounding Covid, the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, or the transgender madness that has destroyed women’s sports and thousands of children’s lives.  For some, it may have been seeing over $100B in taxpayer funds go to the money laundering capital of the world.  Or watching 10M “newcomer” illegal immigrants get free housing and food as Democrats register them to vote in the next election.  For others,  it could have been the soft approach to real crime, while seeing the DOJ weaponized to silence and intimidate political opponents.  Surely, the disturbing rise of antisemitism in Democrat circles is not helping.  And finally, it could also be the crippling inflation and growing wealth gap that define Bidenomics.  Wherever voters look, they see a presidency that has been an abysmal failure in improving the lives of ordinary citizens.  Americans are tired of financing failed Marxist fantasies, and then having to clean up the filth they leave behind.

Biden’s America Last policies are chaotic, not compassionate.  Biden is weak and his stumbles on the world stage are embarrassing.  Public opinion is shifting in a noticeable way, and what is remarkable is how this is happening despite the tide it must swim against.  Academia, woke corporations, the insanely biased media, and big tech censorship are set to ludicrous speed to keep orange man bad out of the Whitehouse. The media narrative since 2016 is that Trump is literally Hitler, only more racist.  And yet,  he is still winning.

Biden’s presidency has been so disastrously cringeworthy that I daresay the stigma could be reversing.  As a pre-escalator MAGA proponent, I can honestly say that support for Trump is now more socially acceptable than ever.  In fact, it is Biden voters that are facing shame and ridicule.  It has become so impossible to endorse the shit sandwich that Biden’s Presidency has been, that his own paid influencers on social media are mocked mercilessly when they attempt to keep a straight face while describing America’s oldest 80 yr old as sharp and cool.

Conversely, X and TikTok are flooded with videos of the Democrats’ worst nightmare, minorities genuinely sporting MAGA attire in support of their new candidate.  Unions are endorsing Trump.  In fact, the only blue bloc still steadfastly supporting the incumbent corpse is Obama’s Hollywood pals, which helps Trump’s argument that the Democrat party now only represents out-of-touch elitists.  It is doubtful Julia Roberts and George Clooney will be able to claw back the Steam Fitters in NY, but you never know.

Something is changing, and it is only getting more visible and visceral.  Trump has the lead, and it is growing, not fading.  Conservatives have become the new rebels, defending freedom-loving Americans from the left’s finger-wagging, globalist establishment machine.  This has been true for decades, but now, even those who once hinged their morality upon their hatred for Donald Trump are admitting that compared to Biden’s pitiful results, maybe the orange man wasn’t so bad after all.
