Sun Tzu said to never interrupt your enemy while he’s making a mistake. Many conservatives have taken this posture as the Democrat party has lost many elections because of their constant drifting further and further to the left. Climate zealotry, sanctuary cities, mountainous taxation, and endless harassment by nanny state bureaucrats were Democrat policies that would drive more and more Americans into the welcoming arms of Republicans. “Good, let them destroy themselves” was a common utterance.
And destroy themselves they did. The Democrat party is in shambles, but in the process, they have created havoc in many parts of the country. Now, they are doubling down on their blunders, and the stakes have become too high. Their inability to admit failure will put our greatest city on a path towards destruction, and we cannot let it happen. NYC is too important to be a sacrificial lamb on the “I told you so” altar of politics.
NYC is under threat by its leading mayoral candidate, Zohran Mamdani. What makes him so dangerous is not only his Marxism (Discussed in Part I) but also a reason that people seem reluctant to discuss, his Islamism. Mamdani represents the deadly unification of Islam and the progressive left that has already destroyed large sections of Europe. Despite their clear ideological differences, Islamists and the left have a common goal, the destruction of our Judeo-Christian Western culture.
It is well past time to face some uncomfortable realities about cultural inequality. Some cultures are just simply better than others. Islam is a backward stone age ideology that treats women like property. It attempts to justify rape, pre-pubescent marriage, and polygamy. It is violently intolerant of other religions or customs. Fundamental Islam is like Marxism in that it destroys every nation it touches, turning otherwise prosperous countries such as Lebanon into hellholes of hostility and economic immobility.
This confrontation has been coming for a while. Now that it has crossed the Atlantic, Americans must not be browbeat into submission the way the Europeans were, under leftist Labour Party influence. NYC is the modern-day Rome, and the people of the United States cannot allow a Marxist Islamist to control it.
Recent History
A number of factors led to the Great Muslim Migration over the past 15 years. The rise of ISIS , originally dismissed as “the JV team” by President Obama in 2014, led to a brutal caliphate seizing huge swaths of the Middle East, and causing millions of Muslims to immigrate to Europe as refugees. Other Middle East violence and Nato’s clumsy intervention in places like Libya further exacerbated the problem. Between 2010 and 2016, an estimated 3.7 million Muslims migrated to Europe, but the numbers did not stop there. By 2050, it is estimated that 14% of Europe’s population will be Muslim. That is a substantial increase from 2% in 1950, 4% in 2000, and approximately 7% now.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open door approach to the immigration crisis pressured EU nations into accepting hundreds of thousands of Muslim refugees, most notably in Germany, France, Sweden, and the UK. Next came Sadiq Khan’s election as the first Muslim Mayor of a major western city in 2016. He ran on a clever platform intended to sucker in the Marxists; rent controlled housing, free stuff, green energy, and a promise that London would be a diverse, welcoming city to migrants. This seizure of power emboldened more migration. London’s Muslim population now stands at 15%, more than twice the regional average. Certain segments like Tower Hamlets and Newham are 40% Muslim. Police know better than to enter certain neighborhoods. Tourists commonly report London as now being unrecognizable due to the ethnic garb, foreign tongue, and ubiquitous halal restaurants of the stubbornly unassimilated residents. For the second year in a row, Muhammad is the number one name for baby boys in the United Kingdom.
However, not every European nation fell into the deadly snare of multiculturalism. Some countries, such as Poland and Hungary, showed audacity in acting in the best interest of their citizens during the migration crisis and declined to participate, citing cultural differences and security concerns. They were smeared by the media as bigoted, but their caution proved to be prescient. Independent journalist Michael Shellenbrger has brought to light the horrors of rape and child trafficking committed by Pakistani so-called “grooming gangs” first reported by UK resident Charlie Peters. These heinous acts number in the thousands, have victims aged 10-16 on average, and have been covered up by local authorities for decades for fear of an “Islamophobic reaction.” The political leaders in Europe sold out the safety of their own people for political correctness and expediency. Democrats in this country are doing the same thing.
Accusations of Islamophobia from the left are meant to end debate, assert moral authority, and obtain political power. You may notice that all Muslims in pursuit of government office are Democrats. Again, this is no coincidence as both share a disdain for individual liberty. President Trump understands the dangerous combination of Marxism and Islamism that Mamdani represents. Neither ideology is compatible with modern Western civilization nor benefit our country. Trump, for his part, has reinstituted the so-called “Muslim ban” from his first term. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do what Democrat alarmists say it does, and people who have no intention of adopting American values continue to pour into the country. It is true that many American Muslims do not wish for the downfall of America and the rise of a caliphate, but many do, and allowing them into our country is the equivalent of pulling the Trojan Horse into our city walls.
Mamdani receives his support largely from miserable white liberal women who share his contempt for America. Their selfish and superficial need to be seen as “anti racist” compels them to cast ballots for people who will destroy our Republic. He also receives support from NYC’s youngest voters, who were born after 9/11 and never learned its lesson in the danger of underestimating the commitment of the Islamic world to destroy the West.
Mamdani believes in unconditional amnesty for all immigrants. He wants to take away guns. He wants 200k new rent controlled housing units. His election, like Khan’s, will encourage record Muslim immigration into NYC. Tax payer subsidized units will house thousands of new migrants from Islamic countries. He will facilitate an invasion of non assimilators, paid for by American citizens. This is the same playbook that was used in Europe.
As Americans, we should be skeptical of any influence that attempts to trade our strong unity for multiculturalism and moral relativism. Further, any non citizen promoting Sharia Law, antisemitism, or denouncing the US should be treated as the unwelcome guests they are and deported immediately. If we choose to remain naively ignorant of the cautionary tale of Europe who is facing economic stagnation as well as devastating multicultural disunity, we literally commit national suicide. “Your civil liberties, openness, and willingness to be responsive to other peoples’ cultures are weaknesses and flaws that Allah put into the American culture so that you could be defeated. Like-minded jihadi brothers will immigrate to Western democracies and to the United States, they will wrap themselves in your civil liberties for protection and support themselves in your welfare systems while they spread their jihadi message, and then, when the time was right, they will rise up and attack.” These are the words from Khalid Sheihk Mohammed, mastermind behind the 9/11 attack.
“Suicide bombing needs to be understood as a feature of modern political violence rather than stigmatized as a mark of barbarism.”
These are the words of Columbia Professor Mahmood Mamdani, Zohran Mamdani’s father.
These warnings are plain for all to see. We ignore them at our own extreme peril.
