Biden’s removal from the presidential race seems imminent, according to whispers coming out of Washington. As early as this weekend, the “defenders of democracy” will reportedly negate the will of every Democrat primary voter who overwhelmingly chose Biden as their candidate. Why would they undermine their own voters in such a hypocritical fashion after years of calling Trump a threat to democracy? Apparently because mega donors like George Clooney and Abigail Disney are pulling their money. The wallet stuffers of the left are rightfully skeptical that Biden can win now that the media have stopped concealing his dementia.
The truth is, Biden hasn’t been up to the job of president since 2019. His weak and diminished condition has endangered the world and emboldened our enemies. The Democrat elites were fine with that arrangement, but now their power is being threatened, and that is simply unacceptable. Make no mistake, Biden could be non-verbal, drooling on foreign dignitaries, and this gentle coup would not be unfolding if he were leading in the polls. He would simply remain the empty vessel deep state puppet he has been throughout his first term. But at present, Trump leads by a margin that ostensibly can’t be overcome with election engineering, so it’s time for Biden to go.
Undoubtedly threatened with an airtight 25th amendment removal, Biden will likely suspend his campaign. In exchange, he will be allowed to finish his term and not suffer the indignty of being the first president removed from office for mental incapacity. Biden will likely be instructed by Obama not to endorse DEI albatross Kamala Harris, reducing her to jump ball candidate status, equal to Newsom and Shapiro.
Next, a handful of super delegates will choose the nominee from a handpicked cadre of deep state Marxists. In keeping with recent Democrat protocol, this will completely ignore the will of their own constituents, who, let’s face it, cannot be trusted to pick the right candidate. It appears that sometimes, in order to save democracy, you have to be willing to disembowel it and set it on fire.
Just today, the Biden camp has reiterated that he is not stopping his reelection bid. A cynic might conclude that this defiance smacks of a Hunter-style shakedown, trying to maximize his severance package. This is, after all, his family’s final chance to cash in on his office. Perhaps they could even negotiate some gender neutral bathroom upgrades to the Biden Presidential library that no one will ever visit because even in Delaware, there are better things to do.
Lastly, the peculiarity of these circumstances needs mentioning. It is puzzling why the most popular ticket ever elected would need to be benched, when up against the same wannabe dictator they trounced just a few years ago. Biden/Harris got 81M votes in 2020 (12M more than Obama in 2008), in what the media assure us was the most secure election in history.
It is remarkable how so many opinions can change over just four years.
